Noticed Clio was leaking water last week & guess what!
Yep - water pump gone. Damn it. Getting it done for £350 dont seem bad seeing as Renault quoted £750.00 ! Oh well, just have to take the Mini to Wales now this weekend.
Gotta go now as standing on my street corner to try to get the money to pay for it! Bit cold though ...

nightmare, WP is a t**t of a job on valvers and willys IIRC so no surprise the labour is hefty.

I'd look at getting the cambelt and tensioners done at the same time.. see how much more it will cost (might not be much at all really..)

You can see on that pic how close it is to the tensioners etc.. so similar job really. (Waterpump is the shiny thing)
