Ferrari 355 with capristo

Car  Porsche Boxster987S
Ive seen a capristo for sale in the UK for the R32 at a steal , so i started having a look around youtube and came across these clips. Possibly the best car noise to date ?? Definitely my favourite fez which dare i say , gives the paganis a run for their money when it comes to soundtrack? Awesome awesome noise ! Feel free to throw your own examples in if you think theres better ;)

As much as i love the noise, and the 355, lets not have another exhaust noise thread!

The flatplanes make an amazing noise, for me it is better than any Pagani. However, search for the Gembella Mirage Carrera GT and, for me, it wins hands down.

Agreed about the Carrera GT, doesn't that have straight through pipes Fenn?

Well the F355 is my favourite car ever.

And that exhaust is now my favourite exhaust ever! Sounds so so good!

End of thread ;)

Seriously tho I love the 355 vids...had one years back and it really did sound like a F1 car...infact I found it lol

I will own one before I'm 40, and a 993 Turbo.

That first vid is at Carsington reservoir; makes any vehicle sound awesome nailing it past the bank like that!

I posted that top vid on here a while back... It's epicness cannot be described, I seriously want a 355! Spider of course!

That is awesome! Personally prefer this though, for sound. <3 FAAAPPPPP

And to get onto topic... Capristo!

A guy I used to work with was telling me about owning them. He had one whilst he was working at Ferrari as a Mechanic. Still cost a bomb! Clutches go all the time, and changing them is an engine out job. That or trying to get behind the firewall.

Engine out on one is so simple though!

Hell a belt change is only £480!

Reaching the end of them being sensible money. They made a lot of them, but prices will go up, way up in years to come!
