With replica R8 wheels by the look of it.

Id rather dig up jade goody and ram the 22k in her duff TBH

I went to a kit car show the other day and there was 3 or 4 that looked pretty amazing to be fair, a white 430 coupe. would quite happily drive around in it!

but tbh, 90% of people would still think that was a ferrari, hell if it wasnt for that sh**e front bumper/bonnet naff i would think it was if it drove past. well, errr, maybe not.

What I don't understand is that for the extra few coins you could get a 355??

Madness.

Boy I work with was at the kit car show too... he took pics for a laugh:

See that tinted window? It's tinted cause it hides the pillar of the Pug 406 lol

These cars are serious POS ive seen them close up. Lots of nocking noises, bad suspension kits, plenty of leaks, slow as fq, sounds like a Pug and those that know it's a fake will sling plenty of abuse lol

You get what you pay for...or what you can afford.

Anyway, as you can tell I'm not a fan lol but I shouldn't mock those that cannot afford the real thing as that would make me sound more arrogant as normal lol

My mate's got the 355 kit for his old MR2. Proper Rosso Red paintwork, genuine 355 wheels, badges etc. It's such a a mess though, he hasn't touched the interior, and the glass still has the Toyota etchings on it. Plus, it's slow as hell, and sounds like an everyday MR2.

He wants to sell it, too. £8,000 anyone?

I'll give him 8,000 Zim dollars lol

Because the running costs of a 355 could be £5k pa where as the replica £300.

I understand why they buy these cars, just don't agree with it

Could you not offset the 5K for a years ownership against depreciation and resellability?
