RB 182
Ever since i had my 172/182 i always said id never have a car without xenons as they're worth their weight in gold
Then i got my 200 Cup, which obviously cant have an outside temp gauge let alone xenons!
So, i went to my local Renault parts to buy some projectors. £300 odd he says, so i told him i could get them for £225 off here (its actualy £238 or something), so after abit of waggling the sums he gets them down to £226, making a few pence profit, but as i buy stull from them and im in the trade, he said that'll do
So, i got some 6000k H1 55w HIDs from HIDs Direct, with the slim ballast packs and set about fitting them tonight...
According to the camera times, it took me 1hr 45, but i kept having to nip next door for bits and pieces.
So, the results are 100% what i wanted!! A million times better and imo the best visual mod you can do to a Cup. Ill align them at work on monday so ive just aimed them low for now
Comments always welcome!
You have to swap the brackets over, but i didnt have any rivets, so i used a tiny nut and bolt which did the job
Also fitted a Citroen C5 sat nav aerial to it, now bad for £2. The radio reception is slightly affected in certain areas but generally ok
Also the roof got re-wrapped too this week as it has started to split
