About twice a week but its only a quick wash as I spent 4 hours sealing polishing and waxing the otherday, so it cleans up far better now

I wouldn't go out and buy springs! maybe a professionally fitted set of H&R's later down the line, but my cosmetic changes are in the mix first.

Been in a 197 with just springs and there no compromise in the ride! Looks so much better tho! I wouldn't personally go down the coils route!

Thats my plan, First things first though, I am going for the cup spoiler and splitter, and when K-Tech have the carbon fibre diffuser I will get that, hopefully I will have the cosmetics done by FCS. May have a set of H&Rs as well, will have to check cash flow!
