  172 cup'd extreme


Some of you guys may have seen my car at york or where ever
i bought it with a few mods in mind wheels colour coding etc not much mind ..... well it turned out like this!

was once a 1.2 extreme
Now 172 conversion, piper cams R-sport ECU, Viper, 182 manifold, hill power inlet manifold and a quife build gearbox.
full leather interior, bit of ice sat nav and full colour coding plus one loud exhaust from ktec and a jordi special decat.
pretty please now it all works.. started it in march!

Was on my 3rd box mate got fed up so took it to quaife asked them to sort it so it will take more abuse uprated the clutch too seems ok now.
quarter mile dont ask... did 14.9 it was wet as ... too much presure in my yokos to blame for too much spin and lead foot
oh and fred them wheels really need doing by you!

3rd box!!!! christ!!! do you actualy use the clutch when changing gear!!! LOL

yeah standard driveshafts and hubs but the wishbones are my original ones need to be changed but not too fussed at the mo...
engines only done 1500 miles still needs pounding in

best thing is boy racers think its just a colour coded dymanique.
next job .... megane 225 lump save for next year now

hum im just thinking that the 1.2 wishbones arent long enough to accomodate the longer 172 driveshafts, hence extra stress on the box???

still on extreme brakes? its a nice car, i like it, how much has it cost you to convert? the hole in teh gear box is pretty impresive haha, my friends borther put a hole in his quafe gear box big enough to put your fist through, that was on a gti-r.

172 calipers on the front drums on the back - dont need good brakes on the back really.
cost me a few bob the megane conversion will cost more but its only money
 


others may want to take notice, this is how a dynamique should be modified :D

i personally think, drop back to the dynamique alloys, whack 2.0 16v badges on the doors, and make people believe youre an idiot for doing it to a 1.2 ;)

The 16v badges are painted silver can still see that their 16v and their far too light to look like 2 litre badges .

With the 15s i thought about that i would need to run a fatish tyre mmm got me thinking ....
