few problem with my clio 172

Just pick up a 02 clio 172, but notice a few problems

1. window wiper is squeaking quite badly, noise coming from the mechanism or the motor any way i can take it apart and fix it?

2. the fan blowers inside the car, when turned up full there's a vibration round the dash and foot pedal, sounds like something is rubbing the around the fan??

3. When doing about 80mph there is a loud vibrating noise coming either behind the dash or under the bonnet??

Any one experience these problem any advise would be very greatful. Thanks
