Some people tell me getting your car lowered can damage it is this true?

Does the clio Mk2 phase 1 hav a torsion bar on the back?

Nope Mk2 has springs and shocks at the back.

You can wear bits ie shocks if you dont replace them and you can wear driveshaft bits but thats no reason not to lower it.
