FFS Not Happy - Quick Insurance Question

I had a accident in June 05 and i was then with Norwich Union Direct.

They sorted out my car repairs no problem, totally happy with that.

Now i've just had to renew my insurance (3/9/05) and went with Greenlight as they gave me the best quote.

Now then today i got a letter from Greenlight saying Norwich Union have told them my 1 yrs NCD has been reduced to zero.

The thing is the accident was caused 100% by the other person - admitted it without question AND i also have a letter friom Norwich Union stating my NCB will be re-instated.

I'm about to ring up and play hell totallty p!$$ed off about this.

Advice guys n gals???

if it hasnt been finalised they will class it as a fault claim til they get their money from the other party.

As far as i know it has all been sorted 100% her fault and her insurance company has admitted so to.

Need this sorted because it will add over £400 to my policy, no way im i paying that

Just got off the phone with Norwich Union.

Mentioned the words, i'll be in touch with my solicitor, hold one moment sir...
your proof of your 1yrs NCB will be in the post by 1st class is there anything else i can do for you Mr Leo182!
