Filling exhaust cut outs on bumper?

shouldnt be that hard, stick some gaffa tape on the outside of the bumper, rough up the inside of it to get a good key then apply some p40 fibre glass mix on the inside of the bumper. once you have a nice thick strong layer (will require a few coats), remove the gaffa tape and use p38 filler on the outside. sand it smooth - job done

Wire mesh is a good starting point on one side, but as junglejim says make sure you have a strong layer
