Filling exhaust cut outs on bumper?

Can it be done well? Anyone experienced it?

cheaper and easier to get a replacement bumper from a crashed clio on ebay and fit it mate

If you've got the actual cutout bit, it can be done. If not, good luck!

shouldnt be that hard, stick some gaffa tape on the outside of the bumper, rough up the inside of it to get a good key then apply some p40 fibre glass mix on the inside of the bumper. once you have a nice thick strong layer (will require a few coats), remove the gaffa tape and use p38 filler on the outside. sand it smooth - job done

Wire mesh is a good starting point on one side, but as junglejim says make sure you have a strong layer
