Finaly popped my SLR cherry!!!!!! (56k warning)

They are pretty good photos. The angles seem quite good, as in you havnt just walked round your car and taken pics.
Practice makes perfect so next week go for another drive and take more

Youve got some good angles mate.. I always remember someone said its best to get lower so you dont have the roof in shot so I usually try to stick to that..

As for the settings, theres some guides in the photography forum and just play.. See what works and then do more like that.

With regard to saving them as GIF's.. Did you crop/edit/resave from Photoshop? When you "Save for Web" on the right hand side there will be a little drop down box.. It will say GIF, JPEG, PNG.. You want JPEG and then just to the right of that will be the quality.. I always stick it on 100.
