finishing with ntl

But don't expect it to be easy, there are 3 people I know, plus myself who finished with ntl at least 6 months ago, did everything they asked, notices letters etc. They are still billing me and sending me letters after multiple phone calls, emails etc
So don't back on them doing what you ask. That before your on hold for at least 30mins!!
I love NTL can't you tell!
