FireFox annoying me

whenever i click a link it opens it up in the first browser i loaded, not the currant one i'm using, if that makes sense.

Press SHIFT and click to open in New window..

yeah but it never used to do it before the beta version, i just though it was the beta one being crap.

(That's what it is in firefox 3 anyway)

It will randomly open it in a tab in one of the other fire fox's i have open.

Sounds fluxed. I've never experienced that.

Take it you've already tried reinstalling?

The whole point of tabbed browsing is that you can open everythng in one browser window, why are you using more than one?

Because I have Cliosport in it's own window as such, then load all the new threads into tabs, then have other windows for different sites, eg ebayand other forums etc.

It's version 3.0

Firefox has ALWAYS done this for me..... Never bothered me that much and I swear it does it in IE too.

The simple method is to right click the link and then you can select which you would like to do with it i.e "open in new window, open in new tab"
