Firefox Help Please

Just re-started my computer, on it comes, firefox loads up and all my bookmarks have gone.

My themes/extensions are still there, homepage is still as it was, but all my buttons for websites and folders on the toolbar has dissapeared.

Ive tried profile manager, but that hasnt helped!

Any help would be great!

I've found recently that Mozilla products can be tempremental buggers after Firefox deleted all my profile info and then, two weeks later, my mozilla email client removed my account details an all my emails. Very annoying to say the least!
