First real photoshop

Hi all,

I was just wondering what all you resident photoshoppers thought of my first attempt just using basic methods? Here is the original pic of someone mk1 clio off here:

Right I have de-handled it to start with then taken the petrol cap off. Then I carried on by blanking out the rear doors and then shortening the car to suit as it looked like a mk3 golf! Also I have taken the black strip out of the rear side windows that come on 5 doors cars and also give the car some side repeators.

Any feedback good or bad?

Website for what? If you mean to learn how to use it then it was a blend of ps bible, a guy off another site giving me pointers and also from "Boosh"

you can still see the line of the rear door with the shine

but as a first attemp thats a fantastic job you have done
last pic looks alot better
keep up the good work

  Never above 25mpg
Oh yeah blatantly obvoius!

I was being critical not insulting!

The door line from the rear door is all white and smudgy and runs parallel to where the old door line used to be.(although you got rid of this in the revised version)

The selection around the orange repeater still has orange on the green around it (although im putting this down to poor photo quality)

Where the front door handle has been "smoothed" the reflection suddenly stops in this area which is v obvious.

The lowering is good but could do with some shadow under the arches as it looks like its just been "stuck" there

And lastly where the fuel cap has been "smoothed" it looks concave like there is a dent there!

Also if you're doing a 2 door conversion you should always try and move the doorline towards the back and extend the front window (and make sure you do it on the other side too)

Try and use some bigger better quality pictures too, at least 800x600 to start and then get bigger :approve:

I don't mean to sound a prick, just trying to be encouraging and helpful
