just wondering what sort of length of time it usually takes (18k service)? The girl said mines in first but just wondering how long it takes?

Say 5 hours to be safe. It might be booked in first and only take less than an house but thats the way it happens often.

Take pictures before hand and get the to sign one of those sheets they get you to sign for a courtesy car saying no scratches etc.
