Fitted best mod!

just fitted a front stutbrace to my williams, it has to be teh best mod ever, got an OMP one from deamon tweeks, for 35 quid i think, binned the self tappers they supply and bolted it in - after sweating whist drilling 6 holes in my car - always scary!! BUT - blimey what a transformation in the handling, soooooo much stiffer in the corners and so much more feed back - if you havent got one - get one ASAP!!!! oh and they look ace under the bonnet

I always hear stories that people dont notice any difference after fitting these.. You are the 2nd person i have heard that say how good they are, and ive spoken to another 5 that didnt notice.

Think ill still get one tho, ill wait until the car goes in to be lowered. Im told it makes the steering alittle stiff too like the old MK2 golfs... i do feel the steering is alittle light as standard.

I noticed mine, same as sledge racers, just felt alot stiffer on the front end, steering was improved.

Got to relocate that bloody engine liftring thing though, take one bolt out and do it up tight st a different angle - you will think you can leave it where it is at first but it will bang the brace and do your head in.
