Fitting 17’s

Do 17 x 7.5 wheels fit on clios or does the extra half inch cause problems???

When i originaly wanted 18s on my valver (Dont know why!) i was told any wider than 7" will cause problems and fvck your tyres up.

Im no expert but i cant see how tyres would get fcuked so long as they were balanced and the offset was suitable - anyone agree??

they will rub on full lock at the front,duno bout the back tho,think it should be ok.

Just sayin what i was told! Why not ring a alloy specialist? im sure they will give you some advise. But honestly, i was told no wider than 7" in anythin bigger than 16" but they may be wrong.
