Fitting a Sealing Kit

I've just removed my old knackered Manifold to Cat Sealing Kit BUT my New Kit consists of more Pieces, Can anyone show me a Pic or describe what order I need to put the pieces on, ASAP Please as I have work Soon

bolt, recessed seat, MANIFOLD, steel wire gasket, DE CAT, flat washer, spring, washer with the lip, tiny washer then 10mm nut

Thanks, I'll give that a go, I have 2 diffrent washers, 1 style smooth and 1 which is kind of Dimpled,

Also by Seat do you mean the deeper cupped part?

Ok so I've got 1 Side done up by using a Clamp to pull the Join close but I cannot get enough pressure on the Spring to get the Nut on the thread on the 2nd Setup, Car is only on a Jack so I'm working at an awkward angle, Anyone suggest a way of getting enough pressure to pull it close enough (I'm too weak to press it together enough)
