Just fitting the fronts, may be stupid but I have to use the standard topmount but does the rubber bush from the standard item go on aswell?

Yes you do need it lol
my think your are having the same thought as I was when I was fitting mine lol
I thought the top mount wasn't going to go on the thread with the rubber bush

Thats exactly it benn, was looking and thinking there is no way they will fit.lol got them on anyway after loosing a nail but sorted. Also glad I changed them because tye standard items are fubar.
