fitting lowering springs

i know a lil about cars and stuff and just fort i would ask...is this easy to do on a 1.4 16v any help or advise would be great.

they are 45mm springs i am putting on and i have 16" 172 alloys....will they rub

Short answer no they won't rub and yes its simple if you have the right tools etc

and its thought not fort

There's a guide on here for fitting them on 1*2s, I'm sure it'll be the same principals for fitting them on your 1.4.
