Fitting rad and thermostat

Hi, after me flapping and worrying about my engine temp I decided to go out and get a brand new rad and lower temp thermostat (82 deg rather then 88) for my Rsi.

I can fit the rad with minimal tools but is it easy enough to fit the thermostat?

It should just screw into wherever it fits.

Just thinking what tools Ill need to do the job. I need to go and get myself a decent socket set.

Yup Socket - possibllt torx sockets aswel but should all fit in very easily - remember tho that there isnt much room to work in there! The thermostat shjould just plug in. I did mine not long ago but cant remeber how easy it was im afraid.

Ahhh, its all fitted now and running nice and cooool.
