FITTING REAR FK SHOCKS

HI ALL

Ok fitting my rear shocks today. do i need to use the original reno mount? on the shock theres to rubber mounts does one fit externally and internally?

ok just got a pic.

the rubber on the top end of the shock is in two parts does one stay external? and the other is put on internally?
