fitting sport bumper to standard wings

as the title says,

how easy is it to fit a sport bumper to standard wings?

anything i should look out for when fitting?

i would just buy 2 sports wings and arch liners, Saves a load of hassle.

naaa, in all honesty i really want a challenge with my dci. don't really want the unbolt, remove, re fitt and re bolt job. far to boring.
