flashing stop light

whenever i give my car some stick in 2nd or 3rd the stop light and the handbrake light flicker on and off,into 4th and it goes.any ideas anyone ?

check the oil level, happen to me when i went round corners quick the stop came on and then when off again! Even if your sure the oil lever is fine just check it, that sorted my prob anyway!

More than likely a low brake fluid level.

Check your brake fluid ASAP and look at your front pads for wear. As the pads wear out, the fluid level drops. You may also want to a have a cursory look around the inside of your wheels for signs of brake fluid leakage which will also bring on the STOP & PARKING BRAKE LIGHTS.

Nothing to do with oil level.
