Flickering Lights

the lights on my willy - all of them !- from the dash display to the reverse lights seem to have a slight flicker to them , really annoying and a tad worrying, any one know why, and how to stop them??

Must be something to do with the alternator or the auxiallary belt.

Mine did this when the alternator and belt were on the way out.

I notice the headlights flickering loads on Lorries usually - very annoying in yer mirrors!

whats a bad earth? does that meen the battery leads need cleaning?
