.flp files

Hi after some help, was at a site yesterday and a user was trying to play a .flp file which she'd downloaded i've looked it up and flp is a flash project file, does anyone know how I can play this file? Has anyone come accross it before, she says it should be a little flash movie?

flash player? FLV Player, dont know though, might work

Might also be a Fruity Loops file.
