Has anyone had need to replace the flywheel dowels that locate the clutch pressure plate. I’ve had some machining work done on a flywheel and the friction surface refaced. In order to do this the machine shop had to take the 3 dowels out of the flywheel, but they mullered them in doing so. I wasn’t too fussed when I picked it up as I thought they would be easy enough to replace however now that I am trying to get hold of some it doesn’t seem to be the case!
If anyone has replaced them, what I would like to know is where did you get them from? My local dealer parts dept hasn’t been much use but they aren’t that understanding with older models lol. The dowels I need are 6mm x 21mm and are for a K7M engine.
