Oh wow!
Is that another small hot hatch trying to race a family sized hatchback!
Oh so it is....
:sleepy:
I think it's built for muppets that will pay a premium for a tarty paintjob. The FRP has some pretty unique oily bits compared to a cooking Puma!Okay I worded it wrong, it was built for the person who wanted a FRS but wanted to have a unique one not one that any Tom dick and harry has.
FRP style you see.
Why lol? I don't see how a comparison between 2 hot hatches is pointless? It's comparing cars in the same class, but different price points? The test was pointless.

I think the mk2 is awesome, and 500 just seems a bit pointless, especially given that the important bits are available (with warranty) for the standard car!And 3M
Lol. Ford fail.
Why so much hate for the mk2 RS though would love a green one and a green rs200 Clio!
But they are all hot hatches, yes? I'd put the 997gt3 in the same class as a 430 scud/gallardo supperleggera, despite the price difference. The FRS vs the 200 as they did originally i agree with however not a collectors edition.
Also i would not put them in the same class, generally people will think "hmm shall i buy a meg 250, a FRS a Golf R, Rocco R, Leon R etc"

Pmsl. Not everyone wants a turbo bland-o-hatch, the rs Clio is the journalists choice NA hot hatch, it's that or the civic Nike air.
I know what you mean dude but using the 500 as an example for me is pointless.
Standard 200 vs FRS for me makes more sense.
Or if you wanna pick peanuts out of poo a 200 gordini vs a frs500
So a fancy paintjob and some leather makes it a relevant comparison?I know what you mean dude but using the 500 as an example for me is pointless.

I don't disagree, but haven't they already done the 200 vs. FRS Mk II?
So a fancy paintjob and some leather makes it a relevant comparison?
Christ, I try to be good natured, and supress the natural urge to be a c**t. But some of you guys make it so tough.
Sat in the Twingo on Sunday, impressed. Interior was very nice.On a side note, can I say. I like the gordini.
Very well put Warren.I think it's built for muppets that will pay a premium for a tarty paintjob. The FRP has some pretty unique oily bits compared to a cooking Puma!
The FRP has been touched by engineers.
The FRS500 has been touched by marketeers.
It's still shockingly bad in Clio and Twingo guise!Sat in the Twingo on Sunday, impressed. Interior was very nice.
FRS is soo common round where i live, i must see a green or blue without fail everyday somewhere.. more common than corsa Bs!
imo looks very clumsy does the FRS round the track, how can they compare the clio200 to it? shouldnt the meganne RS be its rival??
It's don't. Kitchen dweller.Yes but dont tell warren.
In reality they are anything but clumsy on track!FRS is soo common round where i live, i must see a green or blue without fail everyday somewhere.. more common than corsa Bs!
