Fog Light Blanking Covers

On expressions and authentiques that have those little covers on them how the hell do you fit them?

Mine seem to be at a weird angle and I can't get them to go in properly?

Yeah but they still won't go in.

Its as if they aren't designed for it...?

Yet I got them out of a dynamique the same as mine!

Aren't there clips on the back? Or is it one of those that you slide in and turn it?

Its as if the blanking plate is too big for the holes.
