Fog light has been pushed into bumper

Hi guys,

Yesterday i hit a pheasant on the way to work, it has moved my fog light out of the surround where it normally sits. I have attached some pics of said light.

Problem is i cannot no matter how hard i try push it back into place.

Has anyone got any tips for me? any help is greatly appreciated

same issue mate, does yours move freely/move about and how far back in does it sit?

Might be easier taking the bumper off if you can't just push it back through?

Thanks for the speedy reply!, i'm trying not to take the bumper off as im sure i will screw it up lol, as you can tell i'm useless

Blox, i can move it quite a lot but when i try to push it forwards it doesnt seem to want to move into the hole
