Fog light help

Hey all,
My front fogs arent working (dont panic...not starting that discussion again only want to use them in FOG!)
Tested the fuses (tried swapping it over) and replaced the bulbs but still nothing.
I've noticed that the cable is ran from the nearside to the offside so if there is a break in the cable on the nearside could that take them both out?

Anything im missing here?

Are your lights on auto when you are trying to use them ??

Dont have auto on my Mk 1 trying manual, I get the dash light to say they are on.

yep got the same probklem on the same type of car.

This a known issue to anyone else? Or has my super hard suspension knocked my poor fogs outa whack.

seen as you've checked the fuse and the bulbs I can't think of anything else other than a wiring problem. The cables run into the passenger side light then as you say across the bumper to the drivers side. If this cable was damaged then just the drivers side wouldn't work (unless it blew the fuse).
