Fog Light Illumination

Probably been mentioned a thousand times, but my fog light illuminates when i step on the brake, put it in reverse or even indicate. This has been happening for quite a while but recently when i step on my brake whilst indicating right the indicator doesnt work, it even dims the light on the dash. I noticed this on a mates clio that the brake and indicator light up simultaniously but also pretty dim.

any idea how i can fix this guys?

spose, but the break light and indicator not working properly might be a bit bad, my mate didnt know i was turning and nearly went in the back of me a couple nights ago
