Fog light wiring

  Civic Em1, Civic Eg4
I have a clio expression but turning it into a 172 rep, im wondering if there is wiring ready for fog lights to be fitted into the sport bumper?
Dose anyone know, or have done this and seen there is wiring?
Or if not what did/can you do about it?

if you already have fog lights then your alright.. other wise you might have to wire them up yourself..

and fog lights at that hard to connect up mate, you just need some time

I've got a expression mate and to get the fogs wired up was a total pain in the ass. You could fit them for looks and not bother wiring them up. Some specialist I know did mine, cost about £90 to wire up as they had to make there own connections and relays or something because the fusebox has the front fog lights totally blocked up as it's the expression model.

I didnt think so, i aint got fogs on my car now like.
Iv got a set of the foglights ready to go on, and have ordered a new stalk because mine only had the one foglight option for the rears, so i supose i will need the wiring for them aswel

You'll need the wiring for the front fogs, front fog stalk, fog light holders, and hope that you have the connectors under the dash for all that.

If you look down by the horn you'll see a connector doing nothing, this is for your fog lights to be connected to.

Yeah I bought a full Renault foglight kit off somone off here, but you need to have space in the fusebox which on the expression models is blanked out. Therefore you need someone who knows alot about electrics to make there own wiring up.

My model had all the wiring in place for it to be done.

2001 Expression.

Yeah they have the loom to go to the foglight but its not as simple as that.

iv got a 02 expression so i hope it has it all for it to be fitted :/

Mines an 03, like everyone else I thought once you had all the wires it was just a simple wire them up task. If your fusebox has a gap for the front foglights (expressions tend not to) then it's a simple job.

Was a simple half hour job for me.

Just check to see if you have a fuse in there, if you do then I'd say you've got a high chance of having them fitted.

If he's got a fuse in there then he can fit them no problem, alot of expressions are blanked out which causes the problem and results in wiring needed to be made.
