To be fair it's pretty easy to be a spaz and put them on by accident on a clio - especially for someone like Homer with massive fingers :D

yepin my defense i have more shrek like fingers and the controls for the fogs are the same as a clios on a laguna but much looser, and it was a seris of mysical bad luck such as me being just the right height that no mater how you adjust he wheel you cannot see the symbols around the dials all you can see is a coloured glow, green on the left means your lights are on, red on the top right is engine stop, bottom right means somehting bad engine wise, middle right seat belt not on, blue on left full beams, blue in mirror, police car. With the fog light symbol being a green one right next to the normal light glow i never noticed it untill the m5 pulled me over.. have you ever had a traffic police lecture, oh my god!! you could blind some one (who the owls?) you cant see pedestians walking out from behind you (i have not see one pedestrian in the 10 miles from my girlfriend house to mine at that ime of night in almost 2 years) i even tried to figure out how to disable the fog lights, but i gave up incase i perminantly broke them.

ah well atleast wi dont have that prob onthe clio, the fogs dont work when the auto headlights are on, yass!

the fogs problem humm, the yellow hue is due to the tungsten in the fillament, in photograph you put a blue filter over the flash which negate the yellow hue, but am i wrong in thinking the fogs are a sealed unit. as i have only ever seen spares as the whole lamp. Unless you are desperat then you could do some giggery pokery and replace the fog lamps with say LED bicycle lights, or torches, if you only use them for taking pics then you could wire up some sort of rudamentory swith back to the cabin

To be fair they are pretty blinding mate. I got told off by a French border policeman once about having them on, he was nice about it though, simply explained that it's naughty, actually slapped my wrist and then let me on my way. In my defence, it was -15, snowing and a bit foggy lol

You can definitely change the bulbs as I kept the same bulb when I replaced my previously cracked fog lamp. I'm pretty sure you would be able to get replacement bulbs for fog lights just like you can for any other bulb. I know mine are really really white for some reason.

Try the little book in Halfords for the model number and then shop online for some cheaper ones?
