Fog lights

I currently don't have front fog lights on my clio. Is it possible to just pop them in. How difficult is it to wire them into the stalk, (which is fitted on the car just not the lights).

Just get 2 round stickers that say "I'm a tool" and pop them on instead.

Fog lights require the light themselves, a couple of supports that cost about a fiver from Renault and the loom that connects them together and to the car.

All cars have the wiring under the bonnet for the light but not all cars have the wiring internally for the stalk to work.

New stalk is about £25 off ebay.

BTW, the Clio fogs are about £75 each.

Get them cheaper off eBay trhough, got my two foglights plus the wiring for £50.

Just bringing up this as it was slightly relevant.. managed to get a set of mk2 ph2 fogs + stalk but my friend got an outrageous quote of £170 to get it fitted by Renault ! can anyone else shed some light on the price my mate should expect ? Mk 2 ph2 clio expression btw

Leave them off, adding them to a 1.2 probably reduced the bhp per ton about 3-5
