Foglights.

My clio doesnt have front fogs, so i got some from t'scrapyard.
They came with the loom too, but other than the connectors that connect to the lights, i havent got a clue where the linkage wire goes.
Can anyone tell me how to fit them?
I'll probably have to splice a wire, but wont i need a relay?

Just get them in for looks, You will rarely need them unless you drive round with them on 24/7 like a chav

Well, i do drive around with them on 24/7....
Haha, no i really don't.
But if i have them in, and they dont work, will it not fail its MOT?
I think i'm just gonna put them in for looks anyway.

Just take them out for the MOT

Well the guy who MOTs it is a friend of the family, and he'd let me off, but still, if i get pulled, i won't be as lucky.
The clio i pulled them out of at the scrapyard had a connector coming out of the main line of lighting wires that are bunched together.
But there wasn't any sign of a relay...
So, i don't bloody know.

Front fogs aren't an MOT requirement. Only the rear is.

You'll need, the fogs, the loom, the fog light holders, fog light stalk then hope that your car has the wiring under the dash from the factory.

You mean the stalk for the steering wheel control?
Its got the fog light switch jobbo on, but nothing comes on.

Yeah you will need the stalk with the fog switch on.

If you get "pulled" do you mean by the police, Because they wont care.

If your not bothered about them working put them in without wiring, Just looks better... If youve got a friendly MOT man you will be fine with it... And Da has said theyre not required for front so it doesnt matter.
