Simple question really... did you get a confirmation email of your order?

I ordered some plates on Sunday, it went through to the 'order complete' page but since then I've had no confirmation email, and no money has been taken out. I have tried to contact the company but haven't had any response as of yet.

If it all comes to nothing, are there other companies where you can order the smaller plates for the 182 recess? Thanks.

How long did they take to come? Want to get this sorted as I need them for the first week of November!

i never had a email mate and mine came maybe a week after i ordered.

Just to update this they got back to me in the end and have promised next day delivery and are honouring the ClioSport discount

I found communication with them was poor, I also never got my CS discount after asking a couple of times.

I got my plates in a few days and had my discount credited back a few days after that.

Apologies for resurrecting a thread but I placed an order with Fancyplates yesterday and have since tried to contact them via email and telephone with no luck!

Ordered mine on a Monday evening, arrived on the Friday lunch time. Does state 1 to 5 days on the website.
