Hey all,
For people who have brought a viper pipercross induction kit for their 1.2, have you notice any real improvement? I know it suppose to increase HP by 9-10 but do you actually feel this?
Any opinions appreciated. Thanks
you wont get that improvement out of the viper on a 1.2 fella
0-60 is somewhere mid 11s same as mine wasQuote: Originally posted by kwingy1 on 22 February 2004
Thanks for your reply guys, yeah just thought the viper kit is just so expensive and was wondering what possible power gains could one get. Fred2001 Dynamic, what is your 0-60 time?.....is your exhaust a full system?...i have just a scoprion back box and k-tec induction kit, er havent tested it on rollers but what BHP do you think I have lol...maybe 80??
how was this timed? and do you have any figures to support?Quote: Originally posted by renaultsport83 on 22 February 2004
hi lads i have done a 11.2 0-60 and all i have is the viper kit, exhaust coming soon... if u get the right cold air spot u will get better power gains. im 81bhp on the rollers now.
i timed it on a flat road with, my car was preped with timing equiptment that i borrowed from a mate. to do this time though i removed the spare and rear seats.Quote: Originally posted by bambam on 22 February 2004

reason i know the times is ive still got my timing slips from york, which has all the info required for me (pass through the 1/8mile ET @ 60mph)
