free internet security downloads needed?

ive just took off my old 2005 norton cos it was messing up everything like msn and stuff, does anyone know of any free good ones, i just need things like virus protection and spyware/adware, i dont put disks in my computer i just use it for the internet so thats where i need protection the most.
i would prefer one program with the lot on like norton is possible?


any ideas?

Spyware - Windows Defender, Ad-aware, Spybot, HijackThis, CCleaner.
