Front Anti Roll Bar Bushes fitting?

Is this an easy job to do with the car on axel stands? I was having a ganders under my 172 at the weekend and saw that one of my inner mounts was fooked.

The mount im talking about is number 2 on this diagram:

Also GSF where abit confused when i rung up about this part, they said they only have a anti roll bar kit which was £8... seemed abit cheap i thought for 4 of the mounts so i assumed it was the wrong thing. The polybushes are £23 posted or from renault around £15 all in.​

hardest bushes to change. especially uprated ones.

erm, clamping the strap back over the bush is a complete bugger to do, not too bad with the car in the air on a ramp, nightmare to do on axle stands
