front arb outer bushes

Am upgrading the front arb outer bushes to powerflex ones as I am trying toncure this knocking noise I have.
They are the only ones that have got any wear as all the others are already powerflexed.
Could this cause a loud knocking on turning and pulling away. Not every time but does do it quite often.
I have checked everything else with a pry bar and there is no play anywhere else.

I see they do a 25mm bush and a 23mm. Just wondering which ones I would need.
2004 172 non cup.

While I'm here I may as well add this.
I was told the engine mount (front driver side) could have lost oil and is causing the knock? I wasn't aware they contained oil or am I just being dumb?

I get a lot of judder in the car, to the point I can see the car shaking from the outside. Could this point towards engine mount problems?
Really want to get this sorted now if anyone can help. If I get this sorted the car will be mint. Is just letting it down a bit now and is getting frustrating not being able to pin point a problem.

First off the new avatar threw me lol.

There was a thread recently and someone listed which ones for each model. Give me two

I thought knocking when turning and pulling away was caused by driveshafts on the way out? However I could be very wrong.

Check the front shock top mounts. When they are worn they can allow the shock to rub against the hole they pass through. However usually only occurs when the wheels are turned not straight.
