Front Brake Imbalance

Anyone any ideas what would cause a RBT Front Brake imbalance of 24% on my cup advisory on MOT?? I`ve only just had new discs fitted and my pads have lots of meat on them...

Possible movement? Do your brakes 'rattle' when your driving?

No I get no rattling. The brakes feel fine when im using them. My mate reckons it might be because my discs were warped prior to swapping them for new ones, so the pads are still bedding in to these new discs, ive only had the new discs on a week
