front bumper removal

need to remove my front bumper on my 02 plate clio, where are good jacking and axle stand points, and how do you remove the bumper. thanks

As above had mine off this week to fix a leaking headlamp washer. No need to jack the car. Mine is on Sportlines so a little lower than standard as well. The guide is very easy to follow so worth the membership fee. Only advise I have is when pulling the bumper off the clips at the wing don't be afraid to give it some welly.
