front door cards

not even worth doing IMHO, a decent set of components will sound far beter, would be easier to fit, and look better

but if you must, remove door cards, find best place to mount them (IMHO the bin), use mdf rings to space the speaker away from the door skin, then use glassfibre to shape the rings into the door card
