front end clunk and click

I own a 2003 1.2 16v clio thats done 25,000 miles. The problem is that if turn the wheel to full lock i get a loud click noise, also in slow traffic i get a quiet clunk sound every time theres a bump in th road. Ive taken it to my local renault deler bt they have been really bad about it.

Any ideas guys, Ta.
