front lights

hi guys ive searched the forum and found little information

anyway ive just bought myself a 182 inferno my first renaultsport and the headlights look as if they have been cleaned with a wire brush

where can i pick up a pair and what sort of price im i looking at and are none genuine renault ones worth buying

You could always wet sand/polish them? There is a guide on here but I'm unsure if you can view it. I'm yet to do it on mine but the results look fantastic.
 
just refurb them yourself mate, use some painters tape/masking tape around the edge so you dont scratch the paintwork, use 1200, 1500, 2000 grit wet n dry with constant flow of water, then use some meguiars scratch x 2.0 with a buffer / polisher and that should bring em up like new :)

very nice so i take it you just keep the paper wet by dipping it in water how long for each grade and what order

is it just done by hand

As Dan said , 1200 first - 1500 next - 2000 last

I'd say 2-3 mins on each paper grade wet washing the lamps , electric polisher and a good polish as Dan mentioned really should be used for effortless results
