Front W/S Washer and Rear Washer Operate at the same time?

My Front and Rear Window Washers only wash at the same time, does any one have any idea what this could be? Driving me mad :K!

Wiring or pump fauls most likly.

Do both work when you have either the front or rear wiper switchd on

When i use the front everything is fine, its when i use the back that both come on? Can i repair this myself?

As said have a look at your pumps.

There under the scuttle panel (ie under where you fill the bottle with water) on the passenger side

thanks edde, sorry to be a pain, but what am i looking for? How can i tell if its broken?

The pumps are only £10 from Renault or about £7 from Halfords. Take the scuttle panel off and look down the side of the washer bottle, it will have some water pipes connected to it.

ok, is that wots wrong though? could it not be mis wired?

fixed, got system cleaned out and got a new pump and its all good
