Hi,
Looked at my clio a while ago and the drains were blocked, submerging the wiper motor. Unblocked them and for a couple of months all was well, however now, my wipers have stopped working.
The wipers slowed right down and only worked on their fastest setting for a while, but when you turn them off they get stuck halfway up the windscreen or don't fall back to their original place.
Now, I assume this is because of the wiper motor burning out/rusting up inside from the water, so I've got another one turning up today.
Just wondered, is this the most likely cause in your opinion? Or could it be the stalk also/instead?
