fs how hard can it be!

ok so when i picked the car up 3 weeks ago i noticed 2 very small chips on the roof that were down to the metal, to cut a long story short they finally agreed that i had not done it and they would respray the roof for me GREAT i thought..



BUT NO!!!



i pick the car up today and now on the back 1/4 where the little strips are on the roof http://homepage.ntlworld.com/cable.giy/car/0033.JPGsee pick script language=javascriptpostamble;/script there are all scuff marks on the gap between the plastci strip and the roof where they (i imagine) have rubbed the paint down before the respray but when respraying it have some how managed to miss abit!! ok you cannot see it on the pick, there are 2 marks about 1 inch long and less than .5cm thick (on both sides passanger/driver) but i just cant believe how sloppy it is not to check, and to top it all off just above the lock on the drivers door they have spilt lacquer or something and there is now a rough patch of discoloured paint!!! arrgh!!! so looks like its going to have to go back in, if they dont try and fob me off

yeh i know u cant in the pic, i used that to explain where they are more than show them you know



i phoned them back up but only got sales and they arnt intrested, call back monday he said.. im really looking forward to that :/

reject the car?? walk in and hand the keys back?? If you buy a product and it isnt as it should be, you are within your rights to demand either a refund or a replacement
